Director of Program Services

Administration, Full-Time Exempt

The Director of Program Services oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing programs including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling program activities. Ensures that programs and services are well coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching of employee, interns, and volunteers.

School Site Director

Lewis School
Full-Time, Exempt

The Site Director is responsible for being the liaison with the school district in academic programming, by planning, coordinating, and assisting Employees in the implementation of tutoring, mentoring, and Club programs.

Front Desk

Springer Street
Full-Time, Non-Exempt

The primary function of this position is Front Desk security, safety and integrity of Club access, which includes Club members, families, staff, board members, visitors, volunteers, donors, and community members, etc.

Social Worker

Springer Street
Full Time, Non-Exempt

Under the direction of the Unit/Site Director, the Social Worker provides social work services to their assigned site. These services are provided to members and member families using various social work methods, including individual, group, and family counseling. These functions are performed under supervision yet require the ability to exercise independent and sound judgement. The social worker will provide psychosocial services and crisis intervention as necessary.

Youth Development Professionals


The primary function of this position is to develop and deliver programs for K-12 youth in one or more areas of the Core Program structure of the Boys & Girls Club, including Character & Leadership Development; Education & Career Development; Health & Life Skills; The Arts; Sports, Fitness & Recreation; and Service Learning. This position will assist with overall supervision of Club members and participate in the creation of a safe, positive, engaging, and team-oriented Club atmosphere.

Recreation Youth Development Professional

Hourly, Non-Exempt:

The primary function of the Recreation Youth Development Professional is to oversee all aspects of the Club Recreation Program delivery including activity design, scheduling, staff training, administrative requirements, building and equipment care, customer service, data collection, and other duties.
