HOW TO HELP

INTERNSHIP

An internship with the Boys & Girls Club is a rewarding way to gain real-world experience while supporting youth in a positive, engaging environment. We offer opportunities for students from a variety of academic backgrounds to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Potential Interns:

  • Complete an internship application.
  • Contact Unree Westley, Director of Operations

Contact Unree Westley (uwestley@bgcsi.org) to set up an appointment or for additional information about intern opportunities.

  • Complete a background check form ($15 fee and good for one year). Complete an interview with Human Resources Coordinator.
  • Participate in training with staff prior to the start of your internship.
Application

Send completed volunteer application to Unree Westley. Background checks may be paid online.

Internships Encouraged:

Psychology, AmeriCorp, Recreation, Sports Administration, Information and Technology, Early Childhood, Health Education, Workforce Education, and more.
