PowerHour: helps ALL Club members achieve academic success by providing homework help, tutoring, remediation, and high-yield learning activities and encouraging members to become self-directed learners.
Career Launch helps prepare teens for our nation’s workforce.
o CareerLaunch is a job-readiness and career preparation program for teens. It provides fun and interactive activities for youth ages 13 to 18 to explore a broad range of career areas, match their interest to career clusters and identify the skills and education needed for their particular career path. CareerLaunch is designed to support youth in preparing for their first job, internships, summer employment and so much more! The program offers multiple implementation models for staff, which provides maximum flexibility to successfully implement the program.

Junior Staff is a program for high school Club youth. This program guides the youth in preparing for a career service professions. Through participation in Junior Staff, teens develop interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and a sense of community engagement while experiencing on-the-job Club work.
